1. The games

clancy.games offers free browser games. You can play without an account. An optional free account lets your progress save across devices.

2. Accounts

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in. If you are under 18, use clancy.games with a parent's or guardian's permission. Children under 13 should not create an account without a parent.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attack, overload, reverse engineer for abuse, or interfere with the service or other players. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Terms of Sale: Clancy Games Pass

What it is. The Clancy Games Pass is an optional subscription that gives in-game perks (for example unlocked maps and bonus coins) in participating games. Perks may change as games are added or updated. Virtual items and coins have no cash value and can't be transferred or redeemed.

Price. $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (USD), plus any applicable tax, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, charged to your payment method, until you cancel. We'll tell you in advance of any price change.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime in Account (Manage or cancel Pass) or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the perks until then.

Refunds. If you're not happy, email admin@clancyconsultingcorp.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. After 14 days, charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Parents: if a child bought the Pass without permission, contact us and we'll sort it out.

5. Changes and availability

Games are provided "as is". We may change, pause or retire games or features. If we end the Pass entirely, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Clancy Consulting Corp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
