Privacy Policy

What we store
- Email address, if you make an account, to sign you in.
- Game saves (progress, scores, unlocks, settings) for games you play while signed in.
- Leaderboard name and best scores, if you post a score. These are public: anyone can see the name you pick and your score. Your email is never shown.
- Purchase status: whether you have the Pass, the plan, and when it renews. We never see or store your card number.
Without an account, progress stays in your browser's local storage on your device.
Who processes it
- Stripe processes payments and stores your payment details.
- Supabase hosts account and save data.
- Vercel hosts the website.
What we don't do
No ads. We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Children
clancy.games is not directed at collecting data from children under 13. Children under 13 should only use an account with a parent's involvement. Parents can email admin@clancyconsultingcorp.com to review or delete a child's data, and we'll delete it.
Your choices
Email us to get a copy of your data or delete your account and saves. Deleting an account doesn't cancel a Pass by itself; cancel in Account first.
Security and retention
Data is sent over HTTPS and each account can only read its own saves. Leaderboard names and scores are public by design. We keep data while your account exists, and billing records as long as the law requires.
